Vinification: The Mesa clusters were foot-tread and left on skins for just 24 hours to impart their gorgeous tonality and texture, before being pressed. A long, slow, cool fermentation ensued. The finished wine aged sur lie in stainless before being bottled on Febraury 16, 2023. 12.9% ABV

Tasting Note: Elegant, vibrant and fresh, this rose of grenache presents juicy aromas of wild strawberry, crushed raspberries and a lean finish with hints of hibiscus and sea salt. The acidity lingers, making it perfect for pairing with oysters, a watermelon & feta salad or fresh ceviche.
