Padelletti 2019 Brunello di Montalcino, Tuscany, Italy

- Farming: Organic
- Varieties: Sangiovese
- Terroir: Their 4ha parcel (called Rigaccini Secondo) is in the higher elevation (@400m) classico zone around the town of Montalcino. The Padellettis have been farming grapes here since 1570. The soil here is medium-textured loam, rich in sandstone and alberese limestone with some galestro marl.
- Vinification: Fermentation in small cement tanks with indigenous yeasts.
