Terroir: Atlantic climate with regular temperatures throughout the year, and abundant precipitation. Sandy with great minerality (granite)
Vinification: Grape selection mase in the vineyard and in the winery. Manual harvest into 15kg boxes. Grapes destemmed. Fermentation 80% stainless tanks 20% earthenware jar. Free SO2: 20 mg/l.
Aging: 4 months on lees ini steel
Tasting Note: Vibrant acidity, with a prominent of saltiness and mineral touches.
