'Rojo Carmin' is a red blend that combines the character of native grape varieties with the influence of volcanic soils, resulting in a fresh, vibrant wine.

- VARIETY: A blend of native varieties such as Listán Negro, Negramoll, and Tintilla
- TERROIR: Volcanic soils in Tenerife, providing a distinct mineral character, with vineyards benefiting from the cool Atlantic breezes
- VINIFICATION: Hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, with minimal intervention to highlight the natural qualities of the grapes
- AGING: Aged in neutral oak and stainless steel to preserve the fresh fruit character while adding a hint of complexity
- TASTING NOTES: Juicy and fresh, with red fruit flavors like cherry and pomegranate, complemented by a smoky, volcanic minerality and a touch of spice. The wine is medium-bodied with bright acidity and soft tannins
