Varieties: Albariño
- Terroir: The vines, planted in different micro-parcels over granitic soils throughout the Val do Salnés, are meticulously trained onto overhead pergolas, some reaching more than six feet in height and often supported by massive vertical planks of local granite. This laborious system of training helps to fight against the risk of rot due to areas damp and humid climate, and significantly reduces the amount of copper that is sprayed in the vineyards
- Vinification: The grapes are hand harvested and manually basket pressed right away. The juice is then fermented in stainless steel and aged in a combination of old barrels and steel tanks for ten months before being bottled.

Aging: Aged 8-10 months in the same mix of stainless steel and neutral French barrels

Tasting Note: Salted lemon, honeydew melon and ripe green apple are expertly matched by the chiseled stoney elements on the long salty finish.
