Legras & Haas, a family-owned estate based in Chouilly, produces elegant, terroir-driven Champagnes. The 'Intuition' Brut is a signature blend that highlights the house's dedication to balance and refinement, combining the finesse of Chardonnay with the depth of Pinot Noir and the smoothness of Pinot Meunier.
- WINEMAKER: Legras & Haas family.
- FARMING: Sustainable vineyard management.
- VARIETY: 58% Chardonnay, 28% Pinot Meunier, 14% Pinot Noir.
- TERROIR: Sourced from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs and Vallée de la Marne.
- VINIFICATION: Aged on lees for a minimum of 24 months for complexity and texture.
- TASTING NOTES: Aromas of citrus, ripe peach, and almond, with a hint of brioche. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied with creamy bubbles, bright acidity, and flavors of spiced apple, lemon zest, and hazelnut. The finish is crisp with a touch of toastiness.
