Named for the ancient meteorite crater in which the estate’s vineyards are planted, Domaine du Météore produces wines that reflect the singular geology of Faugères. ‘Le Météore Blanc’ is a bright, aromatic white blend made from Roussanne, Vermentino, and Viognier—all fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve energy, freshness, and floral nuance.

• VINIFICATION: Grapes are direct-pressed and fermented with temperature control in stainless steel tanks to preserve aromatics and fruit

• AGING: Aged in stainless steel tanks

• TASTING NOTES: Pale with silver reflections. The nose is vibrant and floral—showing notes of wild broom, pollen, bergamot, and white pepper. The palate is bright and lively, with a supple texture and a clean, saline finish.
