Edaphos, an extension of Ernest Vineyards, is dedicated to producing wines that authentically express the unique terroir of their origins. The Trimble Vineyard, planted in the early 1940s, exemplifies the rich viticultural heritage of Mendocino County.

- TASTING NOTES: Captivating aromas of ripe red fruits and wild herbs, with earthy undertones and hints of cedar. The palate reveals firm tannins from 80-year-old vines, showcasing luscious red plums and blackberries. Vibrant red fruit flavors harmonize with herbaceous notes, indicating potential for graceful aging.
