- Soil / Terroir: From a single parcel in the Val Preuse in Les Riceys. Kimmeridgian soil with marine fossils, with limestone marl situated just 50km from Chablis.
- Vinification: Indigenous yeast fermentation with minimal use of sulphites.
- Dosage: None (brut nature)
- Aging: Ages in neutral oak "fût de chêne" then bottle for a minimum of 3 years
- Tasting Notes: Crisp and elegant, this wine has aromas of
acacia, jasmine and lemon blossom.
