Hokkaido has a cool climate and wide pastures with fresh air that is said to be the optimal, stress-free environment for cows. This ideal environment allows cows to produce milk that has an almost vanilla-like flavor and a rich taste.
Paired with fruity cacao from Kokoa Kamili Fermentary in Tanzania, and natural processed coffee from La Virgen Estate in Colombia, this creamy coffee milk chocolate is fruity and aromatic.
