No alcohol. No added sugars. No funky additives.
Kally is made with verjus (the pressed juice of unripened grapes), fruit, and botanicals. Not fermented and naturally alcohol-free. Complex and sophisticated with just the right amount of bite.
Kally is made with real food ingredients and nothing artificial. The star ingredient is verjus, a juice that comes from young, tart chardonnay grapes. It adds the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity to every sip.
Verjus Sparkler
Fresh, tart, and bright. Crisp microbubbles combine with California chardonnay verjus, offering a lively sparkling wine alternative. This Verjus Sparkler features California chardonnay grapes from the 2023 harvest. Verjus Sparkler highlights everything great about chardonnay grapes: high acidity, bold minerality, and complex astringency. By adding carbonation, all of these characteristics are accentuated in the glass.

Orchard Sage
Herbaceous, tangy, and alive. Hints of mint, lemon, and apple create a smooth, magical wine alternative. Sage offers complex notes of mint and lemon, blending with apple and elderflower to create a truly palate-pleasing combination. Light, bright, and tangy, Orchard Sage has a long, seductive finish on the tongue. Terpenes are the fragrance molecules produced by plants. The especially vibrant terpene in sage is called "pinene" and it has a long list of potential health benefits. That's all great, but we just love the way it smells and tastes.

Berry Fennel
Earthy, bold, and rich. Notes of cherry and chocolate combine for a balanced, seductive wine alternative. Toasted fennel seeds provide the hint of chocolate, while cherry contributes a beautiful nose —a little sweet, a little woody, with a hint of almond. But when Berry Fennel hits the tip of the tongue, the bite of the verjus surprises, balancing the sweet cherry notes and infusing complexity. It's amazing how different toasted fennel tastes from raw fennel seed. The toasting process triggers the Maillard reaction, transforming sugars and proteins into new compounds (the same happens when browning meat, toast, or nuts). In the case of fennel, nutty flavors transform into notes of dark chocolate.
