Lamé Delisle Boucard is a multi-generational domaine based in the heart of Bourgueil, with roots going back to the late 1800s. While best known for age-worthy Cabernet Francs from classic Loire terroir, the estate’s younger generation is exploring vibrant, early-drinking styles under a new label of experimental micro-cuvées. ‘Nom de Zeus!!!’ is one such bottling—a playful, energetic red that blends tradition with an irreverent, naturalist spirit.

• VARIETY: 100% Cabernet Franc

• TERROIR: Sourced from clay-limestone and sandy soils in the Touraine region of the Loire Valley. A relatively cool, continental climate with long daylight hours favors freshness and aromatic lift.

• VINIFICATION: Whole-cluster fermentation with native yeasts; semi-carbonic maceration to highlight fruit purity and floral aromatics. Minimal sulfur added at bottling.

• AGING: Aged for several months in concrete vats to preserve freshness and aromatics; bottled young for early enjoyment.

• TASTING NOTES: Bursting with bright red fruit—think raspberry, wild strawberry, and red currant—alongside hints of violets, crushed herbs, and a touch of peppery spice. Light-bodied, juicy, and super drinkable with fine tannins and electric acidity.
