The identity starts with the name, Noelia Ricci. The woman who inspired the birth of this project. Noelia, charismatic and authentic, a woman who believed in the potential of this land. A woman who kept her family together around the table. A tribute to the strength of a family identity, which still today, in this the fourth generation, distinguishes the winery’s journey.

- Variety: 100% Trebbiano Romagna
- Terroir: Estate vineyards in Fiumana di Predappio, Forlì, Italy. Located at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level with yellow clay soil rich in limestone and sulfur minerals. Plant density of 4500 plants per hectare, trained with Guyot system.
- Vinification: Manual harvest in the first week of September. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, with a 28-day maceration on a small amount of grape skins. Malolactic fermentation followed by 4 months aging on lees in stainless steel tanks and a minimum of 2 months in bottle.
- Aging: 4 months on lees in stainless steel tanks, followed by at least 2 months in bottle.
- Tasting Note: Straw yellow with golden reflections. Delicate bouquet with scents of lemon zest, florals, and citrus notes. Fresh and tasty flavor consistent with the bouquet, round and balanced with acidity and a citrus and mineral backbone, ending with light notes of bitter fruit.
- Pairings: White meats, fatty and tasty dishes, and sauces, especially on risotto.
