Presqu’ile (‘press-keel’) is a family-owned winery in the Santa Maria Valley dedicated to crafting exceptional, cool-climate Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Syrah from Santa Barbara County.

Terroir: Sandy Loam, Garey Series, Sand. 40% North Canyon, 40% Kick On, 12% Full Circle, 8% Presqu’ile Vineyard
Vinification: Native Yeast.
Elevage: 11 months in Neutral French Oak, 6 months in Stainless Steel
Tasting Notes: Lifted notes of bing cherries, rose hips, dried orange rind, and sandalwood dominate the wine’s earth-driven palate. Pair with game, veggie burgers, or roasted chicken.
