Produced by respected Italian oil family, Manfredi Barbera & Figli, founded in Sicily in 1894 by Lorenzo Barbera. DOP Monte Etna oil from organic farming obtained from olives grown exclusively on the slopes of the volcano. The local olive cultivations, which distinguish the wonderful landscape of the Monte Etna PDO, are made particularly fertile by the peculiar properties conferred by the volcanic soil. Obtained from olives of the Nocellara Etnea variety, this oil with an intense golden yellow color with green reflections, has a harmonious aroma, with references to the fruit picked at the right level of ripeness.
