Gérard Boulay’s 'Comtesse' is crafted from one of Sancerre’s most revered terroirs, Monts Damnés, which has been farmed by Boulay’s family for centuries. Known for its steep, chalky slopes, this site produces wines with remarkable minerality and tension. Boulay’s organic practices and minimal intervention winemaking allow the terroir to shine through in this exceptional Sauvignon Blanc.
