Produttori di Manduria, a historic cooperative founded in 1932, is one of the most respected producers in Puglia. Known primarily for its work with Primitivo, the winery also champions indigenous white varieties like Verdeca, crafting wines that reflect the sun-drenched terroir of Salento with purity and precision.
'Alice' is a southern Italian gem! It is made from 100% Verdeca, a lesser-known grape variety primarily found in Puglia. We love the tangerine, tropical fruit, and floral aromas of this wine, and the texture is supple and refreshing. 'Alice' means anchovy and this bottle is perfect for washing down grilled or fried seafood - or equally good sipping by itself on a sunny day.
