- TERROIR: Friuli’s vineyards are characterized by marl and sandstone soils, known locally as "ponca," which lend minerality and freshness to the wines. The region enjoys a temperate climate with Adriatic breezes and Alpine influences.
- VINIFICATION: Hand-harvested grapes are fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel to preserve purity and freshness of fruit.
- AGING: Aged in stainless steel for 6 months on fine lees to enhance texture and complexity.
- TASTING NOTES: Bright aromas of green apple, pear, and white flowers are complemented by subtle almond notes. The palate is vibrant and saline, with a refreshing finish.
- FOOD PAIRINGS: Perfect with prosciutto di San Daniele, fresh seafood dishes, or creamy risottos.
