Founded in the early 1990s by former beekeeper Andrea Cortonesi, Uccelliera has swiftly risen to cult status in Montalcino thanks to its bold, structured Brunellos rooted in tradition and terroir. Located in the southern part of the appellation near Castelnuovo dell’Abate, the estate is known for crafting age-worthy wines that balance richness and finesse, combining meticulous vineyard work with restrained cellar practices.

• AGING: Aged for 24–36 months in a mix of Slavonian and French oak (large botti and barriques), followed by further bottle aging before release
